Kentec Addressable Elite RS Training Course

This course is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to install, program, and maintain the Kentec Elite RS analogue addressable fire alarm control panel. The Elite RS is UL/FM-approved and supports open protocol operation with both Apollo and Hochiki devices.

It is suitable for small to medium-sized systems but can also be expanded and networked for larger installations, offering a future-proof solution.

The training includes theoretical background, panel configuration, device programming and fault diagnostics. 

Attendees will learn how to efficiently configure systems, interpret panel indications, and troubleshoot faults, making them fully competent in handling Elite RS installations in the field.

By the end of the course, participants will:

- Understand the features and operation of the Kentec Elite RS panel

- Identify and connect Apollo or Hochiki addressable devices

- Learn how to wire, configure, and test a single-loop fire detection system

- Navigate the panel’s LCD interface, LEDs, function buttons, and menus

- Prepare and verify the system for handover and user training.

- LE2 Program input/output logic, cause and effect, and device mapping
